WHAT IS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME?

We ship orders worldwide delivered at doorstep, all orders shipped through from Monday-Saturday . For Pakistan it takes 5 to 10 Working days.

Please email i contact@muicin.net and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you! When returning your product, please use a guaranteed/insured method of shipping (with signature confirmation) so that your item is protected and does not get lost in the mail.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, AND HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

We are sorry to hear that our product did not work out for you. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 07 days of your purchase. Once you ship your return package, please notify us with the tracking number. Please note: Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are non-refundable.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. Please write an e-mail to contact@muicin.net within 24 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order may already be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or cancelled the following business day.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If your products arrive damaged due to the shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately by writing an email at contact@muicin.net . You can return or exchange it within 02 days of your delivery. Once you ship your return package, please notify us with the tracking number. Please note: Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, as shipping fees are non-refundable.
